Terms & Conditions:
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars and include GST.
- Full payment is required. An acknowledgement email and receipt will be sent to patient after confirmation.
- Valid for one (1) year from date of purchase, from Mondays to Fridays only. Not valid for Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays. No extension is allowed.
- Valid only with Participating Paediatricians.
- Parents are to select participating paediatricians. No change of paediatrician is allowed once selected.
- Parents must present receipt of purchase and quote DA Package upon visit.
- Plan is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash.
- Not inclusive of treatment, tests, or medication fees if any.
- Not applicable with other promotions, privileges, or corporate programmes.
- Other terms and conditions apply.
- Thomson Paediatric Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.
