Dental Credits (EVENT)

Terms & Conditions:

• Credits are available for purchase at the event only.
• Full payment is required on-site at the time of purchase.
• Payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Credits may be utilised for dental services by individuals who are not the main purchaser, provided the appointment is made via phone call by the main purchaser with explicit agreement for the credits to be used.
• Credits cannot be used for retail items, oral health products, and medication.
• Credits must be utilised within one (1) year from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted.
• Credits are applicable to services provided by general dentists.
• Services are valid only during clinic operating hours on Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays. Prior appointments must be made.
• Credit privileges are not valid in conjunction with other benefit(s) or privilege(s), except for FBISBI membership benefits.
• No transfer of dentists will be allowed.
• Valid only at Thomson Dental Centre at Novena Specialist Center, 8 Sinaran Dr, #07-08/17-19, Singapore 307470
• Thomson Dental Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify rates and corresponding terms & conditions without prior notice.
• An official invoice of completed dental services will be issued in clinic at the end of the visit.
