Investigations Breakdown:

This screener evaluates several critical organ systems to detect physiological changes, metabolic variances, and potential risk factors:

• Evaluates blood lipid ratios alongside Apolipoprotein A & B (which offer a detailed look at cholesterol particle distribution) and high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) to screen for systemic arterial inflammation and baseline cardiac risk.

• Screens for biological indicators associated with the colon (CEA), liver (AFP), pancreas (CA19-9), nasopharynx/nose (EBV EA IgA), and ovaries (CA125 for women) or prostate (PSA for men) to aid in early clinical detection.

• Measures a suite of hormones—including FSH, LH, DHEAS, Estradiol, Progesterone, and Testosterone—to identify age-related hormonal transitions, reproductive baseline shifts, or endocrine imbalances.

• Measures current fasting blood glucose alongside HbA1c (representing your average blood sugar levels over the last three months) to screen for pre-diabetes and insulin resistance.

• Assesses thyroid function (Free T4, TSH), comprehensive kidney filtration performance (including eGFR, Urine Microalbumin, and Urine Creatinine ratios), and liver enzyme markers (ALT, AST, GGT).

• Features Tonometry to measure eye pressure (screening for silent glaucoma indicators), Diabetic Retinal Photography to assess retinal blood vessel health, and Spirometry to evaluate lung volume and airflow. Bone health is monitored via Ultrasound Bone Densitometry and Total Vitamin D levels.

• Screens for latent nutritional deficiencies or red/white blood cell imbalances through a detailed anemia profile (Vitamin B12, Folate, Iron, Ferritin, and TIBC) and a Full Blood Count.

• Examines immunity status or prior exposure to Hepatitis A, B, and C viruses.

• Evaluates hidden gastrointestinal or renal tract changes using Stool Occult Blood and Urine FEME, alongside an antibody test for H. pylori to screen for exposure to bacteria linked to stomach irritation.

• Includes a complimentary ThinPrep Pap Smear to screen for abnormal cervical cells.
