Both husband and wife have to be at least 35 years old, and married for more than 12 months, in order to be eligible for this Fertility Screening.

 

Documents needed for verification upon registration:

  • Original NRIC for both husband and wife.
  • Original marriage certificate.

 

The Fertility Screening includes:
