Easy-to-Follow Daily Soups 
Each herbal pack is clearly labeled with a number that corresponds to the day of your confinement journey (e.g. 1 = Day 1, 2 = Day 2, and so on). Simply follow the instructions provided on each packet to cook your own nourishing confinement soup at home. You can prepare the soups with your preferred protein and fresh vegetables, making them both wholesome and tailored to your taste.
